Your personal data is processed by freshIt as the data controller, under Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK").

Early-access list: your email address, your consent record and the consent timestamp.
App: an anonymous user id, the items you add and your preferences. The receipt image is processed and deleted without being stored.
The app also processes: subscription/premium status (RevenueCat), in-app usage events (Firebase Analytics) and — only if you grant ATT permission — an advertising identifier (IDFA, Google AdMob) for personalized ads.
Purposes and legal basis
Your email is processed solely for launch and product announcements, based on your explicit consent (KVKK art. 5/1).
App data is processed to the extent necessary to provide the service and perform the contract.
Transfers
Receipt images are processed for item extraction by our AI provider Anthropic (Claude) in the United States — an international transfer under KVKK art. 9; the image is not stored. We use Google Firebase for infrastructure, RevenueCat for subscriptions and Google AdMob for ads in the free tier.
Beyond these, your data is not shared with third parties and is never sold for marketing.
Your rights
Under KVKK art. 11 you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request its correction or deletion, and to withdraw your consent.
